Project milestones and delivery windows are defined in individual service agreements.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed and contract terms.

Intellectual Property
Pookie Studios retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary tools, frameworks, and pre-existing assets. Client-specific deliverables are transferred upon full payment as per the project agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction of studio-owned assets, code, or design patterns is strictly prohibited.
Case studies and portfolio mentions are conducted with client consent or as per agreed-upon marketing clauses.
Feedback provided to the studio regarding our services may be used without obligation to compensate the user.

AI Usage & Ethics
Our AI nodes (PS-Ultra, Neural, Fast) are provided as assistance tools. While we strive for high fidelity, AI output is non-deterministic and the user assumes all risk for reliance on AI-generated results.

AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice.
Users must not use the AI services to generate harmful, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
Excessive automated queries (scraping) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.

Support & Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or impersonation within our support and community channels. Our goal is to provide a safe, productive environment for all studio clients.
Operating Notes
Support interactions are logged for quality assurance and security purposes.
Intentional misuse of support channels to disrupt studio operations will result in a permanent ban.
